Be the leader and see the change.

Comments, criticism and taunts. ''We hate politics'' The set up is bureaucratic, everyone , everywhere is corrupted. We are against it. We do support organizations which work for various upliftments but we cannot smile or greet someone who crosses us. Here we blame the traffic cops and comment on their corruption but we cannot follow signals, we even get pissed when a senior citizen drives slowly or is confused. Why can't we stop and help them ? Why do we show our fat wallets and source to disrespect a cop. It happens that we always blame Nmc's but we never think twice before throwing a rapper on street, or spreading spit and dirt. '' Why ? '' Is the question here, because we don't do our bit. Wearing white, singing the national anthem together and getting goosebumps is not the definition of being patriotic it comes from within. Let's develop ourselves to make this city and country developed. Take a step to do your best. Politics is just a body who governs but you can be your own leader. Because negativity can never win over good.

We are back again with the concept of happiness, re-defined, where kids who are disables dances to the tunes of joy, orphans sing with a feel of their families and spread the world of joy. Sorrow isn't a part of their dictionary, its just love, smiles and happiness. Zero gravity '' Dr shrikant jichkars foundation is back with its event of joy ''Project happiness'' where volunteers are feeling what if they could have more than 24 hrs a day, and where sleep is something they can't afford. Hard work on swing and excitement all over.

After the fulfillment of the basic needs of food shelter and clothing, there is one quest that makes men take the various courses in life that they do. Day and night one aches for few and fleeting moments of happiness and contentment, that will brace them for going about the routine of life, which may not give them any joy.

The definition of happiness and for all other concepts and constructs for individuals, at various stages of life, is different. Friendship day is all about colors, joy and love around, to celebrate it we aren't partying or clubbing anywhere we are doing it the larger than life way, Right from exhibiting various creative envelopes made by the hard work of rescued girls till the concept of rain water harvesting and its techniques zero gravity does it again. Where those kids act on the issue of female foeticide.

Music, dance, a glass in hands, high on drugs and smoke. Drinking more than you drink water. Lust and craze is the only thing on mind. Parties, friends and socializing is all what we need ? Is he noticing me ? Did she see my new outfit ? Our city doesn't even has this. Am I being noticed ? The new stilettos and my new lip gloss. Well is he the new club member ? Looks rich, never saw him before. His wife carries a luis vitton every time I see her. So what if I don't have one. This isn't '' the must '' to have bag anyways. Though I want one but, never mind. Blackberry or an iphone ? Driving a pocket friendly car is no more a necessity or I must say a car is no more a source of utility its a brand to show off. Keeping a driver even when you don't need one. Why ? Because its the oomph factor ! Yes, this is us. Earlier 10:30 was the time when we were off to bed, but now, its the time we go out, sleeping late night is the new madness, going for a family get together no more is fun rather boring, in fact even a small suggestion or a piece of advice tastes bitter to us. Yes, we behave like this. When earlier our fathers thought of buying things for our grandparents first, now we do the opposite, we first buy for ourselves and later think about others. We do join NGO's to help others and needy but at home we don't know how to even talk and behave with our guardians and family. Why ? Is there something in the air which only we can taste or is it our group or the company we share ? Sadly because things are to be used and people are to be loved, but we are exactly doing the opposite. We love things and use people. Emotions, sentiments and our selflessness is killing everything. Will we tolerate this behavior if our kids do this with us ? This isn't just a observation but a experience. But there's still time before its too late. Let's change and bring the change. Let's take the first step towards start loving people and using things. Being materialistic can only ruin everything and give temporary satisfaction but being genuine can make you the best human. Frustration and irritation kills us only because we are being too pessimistic and off track.

Sounds too negative right ? Then think how others feel when we actually act like this ?

So let's start using things and LOVING people.

Waiting in the airport terminal, rolling your eyes, checking the time, wearing a sweaty black tee and waiting to see a significant other who lives far away. You're excited. You're aroused. But there's something else, a nagging feeling that gurgles in your stomach. Is it pangs of Confusion? Trust? Is he still the same?

Communications, distance, and stress in long distance and geographically close romantic relationships confuse and create a lot of mental stress. Right? Well I don’t think so. It’s all about trust. Nothing else. In a relation since last six years where it is too difficult to manage things, calls, meet and even know how we are. Faith did it all to me. Relating at a distance and negotiating being together and being apart in long-distance relationships are one of the major issues in today’s generation and with every youngster Although many studies have shown that long distance relationships don’t work much. Relationships can be difficult and adding the considerable strain of long distance can make it considerably harder. But if two people love each other enough, then distance shouldn't matter, right? Yet despite all the ways technology can help us stay in touch, long distance relationships frequently fail to work out. I don’t believe in this. I strongly believe it’s the love which keeps it alive and trust which never let it fail. Loneliness will happen but it is important that you acknowledge and attempt to alleviate those feelings. Never make promises or agree to goals you can't keep. He has always honest with me about his career so I never call him back, we know our priorities too.

It was all the same, he was still the same when he was back. The care, the love and the honesty. It gave me the courage to let him go and this time I was stronger and so was my love.

Don't presume anything about the relationship unless you've discussed it in depth. Avoid assumptions. People comment without any reason even when our families don’t. Avoid their suggestions, it creates mess. It’s all about trust.

The dream of flight would never have become a reality if not for birds. A tiny being, yet such potential to provoke a life-changing discovery! Birds have their own special place in fairy tales, fables and moral stories with the qualities like hard work and perseverance being associated with them.
Yet, when we talk of conservation, why do words like Energy, Wildlife and Water cross our mind but we fail to acknowledge the Conservation of Birds? It seldom occurs to us that just like wildlife, birds also are an important part of the ecosystem and contribute so much towards its balance by pollination, spreading seeds, controlling pests.
Avid birders and bird watchers know that bird conservation is critical to the prosperity and diversity of the planet we share with more than 10,000 species of birds.
It is time for us, the common people, to spread our horizon of concern and extend our hands towards increasing the wealth of our “Sone Ki Chidiya”! It does not take much to spare a few minutes and help create awareness about Conservation of Birds.

Their stories about being tricked into the profession by known and unknown persons, their dismal health conditions and the torture they endure shook her up. She learnt how thousands of these women continue to work in brothels and accept torture because of the absence of any other support, and for fear of the powerful prostitution mafia. knew without a doubt that she would work to improve the lot of the women she met then.

Women's groups have traditionally been ideologically split on the issue of legalization of prostitution.

"This is a situation that begins with rape and a choice less choice and continues with denial and exploitation.

“ she was silent when they spent time with each other for his lust an her stomach “ locked in that small room where she takes so much of pain and where all the other girls sits outside the walls on late evenings, listless, swatting the mosquitoes that irritate the miserable compound. The walls are high. In their heart are countless questions, a quiet dejection eats at them. Motivation is lacking, and the sighs repeat themselves over and over. When you have big dreams and yet no sense of direction, what do you do? Cry, become emotionless, that’s how they sounded then.

Simultaneously, as women and as activists, it is our responsibility to create the options and the spaces, which would prevent the birth of this violence.

Our focus is not only on fighting for the rights of the young girls rescued from brothels but also mainstreaming them in education and in life itself and to intervene collaboratively with the bureaucracy, police, legal system and local grassroots governance unit to cut to the root causes of trafficking through advocacy, lobbying and interventions.

Women empowerment refers to the conferring of leverage to women who are otherwise deprived. This includes granting to women effectual decision-making power, the power to influence others decisions along with economic, social and civil freedom. A pseudo-empowerment process has been undertaken each time women’s welfare was given consideration to. Female empowerment processes in India are moving at a staggering pace contrary to what the popular belief is. Zero gravity believes everyone has a right to live their life the way they want to.

I have felt that strategizing with senior government officials in the social welfare department, senior staff officials and members of the judiciary on the rescue and restoration or reintegration of children from brothel prostitution is a wonderful and learning experience. It was a kind of pitching together for the safety and life of the girl child. A comment by a government officer is telling: "We are interdependent.

There are a few women whom I have met and I feel they go back into prostitution just because there is no proper guidance they get and that is why they feel like getting back to the same place where they come from. For some reason they still feel that, it is the only place where they can earn a living but we teach them how to start living your own sweet life. Greeting cards, candles watching cartoons filled with humor and joy makes them open up a lot and think positively so that they know where they are good at and how can they earn too.

Therefore, our mode of functioning is to learn from the women in red-light areas and listen to their needs and work on them. That is how we have moved on our path. Our philosophy behind this work has changed along the way. Now we know that they did not have any agency or choice to be there, and the traffickers have exploited their vulnerability and put them there."

We go there spend time with the girls, our volunteers feel celebrating their birthdays with these girls give them much satisfaction and sense of comfort rather dancing in renowned restaurant. Our volunteers sit with them explain them so many endless things, try to cheer them up rather than consoling so that they know to smile and believe the same as we do “ what have you done to make yourselves proud “

It is not there pain which encourages us to teach them and show them an array of hope but their humble simplicity which welcomes you at their temple of sacred motivation, where dreams are envisioned, understood and realized. It is where the cocooned pupa of hope, confidence and a love for life starts to break a shell and struggles to grow its wings and fly. To flutter about the imaginative minds and to reach greater heights. It is the blossoming of the most remarkable of stories.

They ask us, why should I learn? And here, they find their answers, together. Here’s where their aspirations are sheltered. The feeling of sisterhood, a bonding, of shared experiences makes this a place of purpose, value and high regard.
